The unique design from BBS, AIR I AI, is a one-piece cast wheel that uses many special production processes to create hollow spokes and hollow rim flanges.

The AIR I AI is the first of its kind that produced using the patented BBS's Air Inside Technology to make the wheel lighter with weight reduction of nearly 22 kg per wheel set. This technology is also able to increase the stability of the wheel by up to 60 percent.

The 5-spoke lightweight wheel is also equipped with an integrated valve that is located in the face of the wheel and feeds air into one of the hollow spokes. The result is that the valve is not only more accessible but it is also better protected against pollution, especially in off-road use.

The AIR I AI is available in 20" (fits BMW X5 and Mercedes ML) and 22" (fits Porsche Cayenne, Audi Q7 and VW Touareg) diameters.
